Patients diagnosed with periodontal disease who require ongoing periodontal maintenance.
Annual Fee
$549 per person
Optionally payable at ~$50/month

Routine dental X‑rays (as needed)

Crowns, bridges & veneers – 15%
Dentures & partials – 15%
